order to use our website (undermrp.com), the user have accepted the following
terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or
modify these terms and conditions at any time. The words site and website shall
mean undermrp.com.
1) The user may carefully read all the
information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.
2) All products are checked, screened and
assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard,
quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.
3) The prices and availability of
products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of
our site.
4) The User agrees to give accurate,
authentic and true information wherever required i.e., creating an account with
us, entering shipping and billing details.
5) Our site reserves the right to confirm
and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any
point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or
partly, our site has the right in its sole discretion to reject the
registration and debar the user from placing orders of our products and
using/viewing any part of the website without prior intimation whatsoever.
6) Our website will not be liable for any
type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently
will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on
the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site. As we use
3rd party payment gateways, the user shall contact them when
required and we’ll do our best in co-ordinating between them.
7) Our website shall not be liable for
any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods in the case of flood, fire, wars, acts
of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.
8) The User certifies that he/she is at
least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal
guardian.
9) Our website shall not entertain any
complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.
10) If the user has any question, doubts
or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he
should seek clarifications from us through contacting us using the contact
options in the contact page and should wait for a written clarification before
using the service.
11) All products images are just for
reference only, actual product, colour, fabrics and designs may slightly vary
from original picture.
Shipping Policy
We ship products via our courier partners i.e., Professional Courier, ST
Courier, FedEX, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, and any other courier
partner we may have tie up with. User do not have control on the courier
partner we select which may vary on every order.
The order will be shipped either on the same day or next day. There maybe some
exceptions and user shall cancel the order whenever they require and get the
full refund.
Cancellation,
Returns & Refunds
Cancellation: If you'd like to cancel an
order, you shall able to cancel it before it is picked up. Request for
cancellations of orders after pickup shall not be entertained.
Return: You will have 7 days from the date of delivery of the product
in case you'd like to return a product. If you would to return a product,
please do the following steps-
You can request for return by visiting the order history page, select the
required order and click on the return options and proceed with the
instructions provided.
Refund & Replacement: Once we
received back the returned item, we shall either issue refund or send
replacement based on your requirement. You will have the option to select this
option while initiating a return process.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs
due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or
recipient not available) any extra cost spent by our site for re-delivery shall
be claimed from the user placing the order.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs
in any other case then our site is not liable to pay / refund any amount more
than value of the order placed.
